I am currently on the surgery rotation and have a shelf exam in 6 days. NBME 3 was taken 12 days before the shelf (last week) and scored a 86%. Uworld added a TON of surgery questions this year so I think Uworld surgery + relevant IM parts will be more than enough. I did UWorld Surgery and AMBOSS surgery and scored in honors range (>75% national average). After having done UWorld IM questions for IM, I can say those would be helpful for the surgery shelf as well.
